Separating one game account from the NC Soft master account?
Hi,
I was wondering whether I can separate one of my game accounts (in this case Aion) from my NC Soft master account. If so, how? So basically the end result would be that I log into my NC Soft master account and would only see for instance Guild Wars as well as Dungeon Runners as active games but NOT Aion anymore. For Aion I'd like to create a separate NC Soft master account that I can sell again (was very disappointed about Aion). Can I do that somehow? Thanks for your help already, thovader |

Almost undoubtably no - but the only way you'll know for certain is if you ask NCSoft support.

My guild wars account got linked to my ex girlfriends nc soft account by accident when she bought a upgrade for my guild wars account as a present , it was very hard and long process to get support to unlink my game account from her nc soft account but they did end up doing it.
Send them a support ticket explaining why you want it unlinked and a scan of your game activation cards and see what they say , good luck. |

Thanks a lot for your responses.
I've sent a support email to NC Soft and got already feedback that my incident has been escalated. Fingers crossed |

I doubt that they would support your reselling of the game though, so you should probably make up another reason for why you want to separate it to explain to them.
